Rods In The City

Braxton-Bragg was happy to sponsor the Rods In The City Car Show that was put on by the Tennessee Valley Coalition for The Homeless. The car show was held on August 24th, 2019 in Knoxville, TN at the Powell Church location. Some of the awards that were given out were for: Best of Show, Best Paint, Best Display, Top Sedan, Top Truck, Top Muscle Car, and Top Street Rod. The event was a great success and had many visitors.

“Braxton-Bragg was honored to be a sponsor of the Rods In The City Car Show because it benefits our nation’s most deserving heroes - Veterans,” said Braxton-Bragg CEO Rick Stimac. “The Tennessee Valley Coalition’s mission is to house all of the homeless veterans in East Tennessee, and we can’t think of a better mission to support. This is the 17th good deed Braxton-Bragg employees have completed in our community this year, towards our goal of 25 good deeds to celebrate our 25 years in business.”

“I want to thank Braxton-Bragg and all the sponsors for their support of our second annual Rods in the City Car Show,” said, Mikhael Berry, Chief Development Officer of Tennessee Valley Coalition for the Homeless. “Because of these sponsors we grew this event 100% from the first year and will be able to help more homeless veterans.”
