BVC Manifold Cups:

Featuring 24 Air Fittings for vacuum hoses, use these cups to provide vacuum to the other cups in your CNC setup. Durable construction keeps your stone tight to the cup. In case the top seal happens to be damaged while working, we offer replacement tops to fit any size manifold cup. Replacement blocks are not available.

Replacement Tops:

While running your CNC machine and processing stone countertops, it’s easy to make a mistake that damages your CNC vacuum cups. Fortunately, we offer replacement tops and replacement blocks for your vacuum cups. These replacement tops are offered in the same sizes of BVC Vacuum Cups to make it easy to replace them. Minimize downtime and expenses by having a few of these on hand for the sizes you use frequently.

If you need just a little bit of extra seal from minor damage, try using some replacement seal.

Replacement Blocks:

Did a vacuum cup get damaged? Is the top fine, but the block itself is a goner? Just get a BVC Vaccum Cup Replacement Block in the size that you need, move the top from the old cup to the new cup, and voila – you’re good to go!
