For the application of ceramic, porcelain, marble and other tiles, the adhesive setting with formats larger than 16" x 16" requires an extra mechanical setting to secure it in place and to prevent big tiles from falling.

If there is a full compliance with the way of application, which is not always happening, the adhesives assure the perfect slabs adhesion. In addition, it is not possible to forecast slab strains and assessment which may happen due to natural events such as extreme weather conditions with high temperatures, earthquakes and things of that nature. These anchors help secure large format tiles to the surface.
